How do I register in ACCIONA's recharge platform?
It is very simple. Download the app from the Apple Store (iOS devices) or Google Play (Android devices) and follow the instructions on the screen. In just a few minutes you will be able to recharge your vehicle.

What payment methods are available?
Our payment system is completely secure, using your cell phone. You can choose between topping up, paying with your usual credit card through a secure payment gateway or using the PayPal service.
In all cases, the application will inform you of the total amount of your recharge at the point and duration of the recharge you have chosen.

How can I find an ACCIONA recharging station?
In the application you have a search engine and a map with all ACCIONA recharging points (formerly Cargacoches) where you can see if they are operational, occupied, reserved or under maintenance.

How far in advance can I reserve a recharge point?
Don't worry about queues and waiting times. You can book up to 5 days in advance. We provide this premium service to all users.

How do I start a charge?
It is as simple as, once the recharging point is chosen, click on the “Activate now” button, select the outlet if there are several and define the recharging time or the energy to be recharged (in kWh).

How do I end a charge?
From your cell phone, the app offers you the option to finish early by pressing the “Finish” button.

How can I contact you if I have any problems during loading?
