Each of these values will be subject to a Multiplicative Term, which includes the constant 1.015, regulated grid losses, and the hourly adjustment coefficient published by the System Operator (%). See annex for full economic conditions.

What happens if the market price goes up?
Your fixed price remains unchanged for the entire contract duration. The only variable component is the cost of regulated adjustment services, which are applied equally across all free-market contracts.

What’s included in the fixed price?
The fixed price includes:

Access tolls to the grid
Regulated charges
Guarantees of renewable origin (GdOs)
Commercial and management services
There are no hidden fees or added profit margins.

What are "adjustment services"?
They are system-wide balancing costs (such as imbalances, deviations, capacity payments, etc.) regulated and published by Red Eléctrica de España (REE). These charges apply to all market participants and are passed through without markup.

Can I switch plans if this one doesn’t work for my business?
Yes. Although the standard contract term is 12 months, you can request a change before it ends. Our team will evaluate your case and propose the best solution based on your needs and energy profile.

Is there a contract commitment or penalty?
The Fijo Flex plan is based on a 12-month commitment to ensure price stability. Any early termination or change is subject to review.

Will I get 100% renewable electricity?
Yes. All energy supplied under this plan is certified 100% renewable, backed by official Guarantees of Origin (GdOs) issued by the Spanish electricity system operator.
